Thank you so much! Having a picture to compare with is extremely helpful, and your description makes it so much easier for me! I greatly appreciate it...
So then is it the case that each of those little T's connected to the intake manifold is basically a vacuum access port? In which case it doesn't matter which one I connect to, as long as those tubes which seek vacuum are getting it?
Now the next question is: how difficult is it to replace that little port? Is that a specialty item? If so, is it sufficient to take one of the existing lines and "splice in" a T joint or something similar from the hardware store so that whatever piece is missing its vacuum can simply get it that way?
Also, I see you have blue (I assume replacement) tubing. Is this a standard issue at my local Autozone, or specialty? My tubing appears to be in order but if I'm going to be splicing etc it might be time to have some on hand.
Finally, are there any vacuum-requiring items you mentioned that are more important than others? If I cannot for the moment rig up enough ports, it seems that the boost gauge is probably the least necessary item..? Might I be doing some danger by not having connected something rather important?
Thank you SO much for the quick and extremely helpful reply! This BBS makes my Saab-owning experience dramatically less stressful...
