First question, yes. All the hoses requiring vac/pressure can be connected to any port on the intake manifold.
Second question; You can get a new port either from a junkyard, or I think thesaabsite.com or eeuroparts.com may have them. Or, you can certainly just T into another vacuum line. If you do that, make sure to plug the busted barb of your fitting real well with epoxy or something.
The picture is not my engine, I just found it online. That vacuum line is silicone and is better than the standard vacuum tubing at resisting heat and cracking over time. It comes in a bunch of colors. You can buy it from any number of places online. Just do a search for silicone vacuum hose.
The most important items I'd think would be the FPR and the distributor. After that, the bypass valve, the vacuum canister, the PCV, and the boost guage. I'm not sure you could cause damage by just driving normally. The engine control unit (ECU) will correct things to a certain degree. You motor just won't be running optimally.
I just want to mention one other thing. Two of the lines should have inline check valves. They look like a little plastic disc about 3/8"-1/2" thick and 3/4" diameter with a barb on each end. Sometimes one side is black and one side is white. There will be an arrow on it somewhere to show flow direction. You can also check them by blowing through them. Air should only be able to go through one way. The line to the PCV valve and the line to the vacuum canister (white capsule-shaped tank about 10" long) should each have a check valve. The little arrow on the check valve should point toward the intake manifold. If your's are missing (or not working), get new ones from either of the sites I mentioned above.
