As land-jet said, check the relation of the rotor with the firing post on the cap and timing mark. A faulty NTC sensor will also show a wet spark plug. Check and clean the fuel injection ground wire points. Sound to me like you need to check the AMM against a know good one. You also need to reset the idle adjustment screw back enough so the throttle plate is just touching at closed. Raging Saaber! were are you located.
