I had similar problem. Lights stayed on for a while went out after about 3 min. I also had a problem if I stomped on the brakes , not paying enough attention on the freeway and stopped traffic ahead. I was almost in the left lane . Brakes pulled Left. End result was I replaced the BOMB. Brake Accumulator and it fixed both. DANGER read the directions to bleed off the Bomb before removing and wrap a rag around as there will be some pressure left.
Then again this may have nothing to do with your problem.. as my lights only stayed on for a fairly short time.
