I am trying to find a common thread for the three failed boosters (they rarely fail to begin with, three in a row is just too far out). The only common thread I could find is: "they are replacements". Well, the booster push rod length should be checked and adjusted (if necessary) every time the booster is replaced. Did you do that?
If not, the wrong length may prevent the vacuum seats from sealing properly, causing a vacuum leak.
The rod should be adjusted while the engine is running. The clearance between the push rod and the brake master cylinder primary piston should be 0.1~0.5mm. Naturally, you need to remove the brake master cylinder to take the measurements.
I believe that too long a push rod could cause this vacuum leak. But I can't think straight at the moment.
Good luck
