Only time will tell what you do. But there is no source for c900 ABS parts and no other ABS system was fitted to a c900. Your options are remove the system or go scavenge more used parts from a 3-year low-volume vehicle made 20 years ago. Good luck with that. You're talking about around 200,000 cars ever made, and some fraction of that number that made it to the US.
9000s went through, what, four ABS systems in a body that essentially never changed? You at least have some options there. Moreover, the 3rd & 4th gen systems were pretty decent and long lived, versus the c900 system that wasn't terribly great to start with.
Your example of DI & Trionic doesn't really pan out, since it's not the ABS controller (electronics) that fail, it's the hydraulic unit (mechanicals) that fails. Electronics tend to last a long time if not forever - the same cannot be said for things that have moving parts.
