Find the winder motor's power wires.. apply 12v. Unless yours is one of a V few cars with a genuinely failed winder motor.. watch the window go up and down like it was brand new.
Switches are often 99% of the cause of winder issues and NO, cleaning them doesn't help for very long at all :-)
You need to replace the wee grey plastic spring pings with new ones for a switch 'repair' to have any sustained effect. Trick then is Where? to find.. brand new pins. Usually in a brand new switch :-)
