Try Lincolnway on 30 toward Abbottstown. The owner, Dave, got my 92' Turbo back on the road after it sat for years (including for a year at another guy's shop). He's an old time Saab guy who has branched out out of necessity.
I think he's got a body shop and he'll work with you on used parts. I'm happy with the work, and the car's running like a beast, but it cost more and took longer than I expected. He also forgot to fix the turn signal stalk for inspection, which was a minor PITA, but overall the work's solid.
So maybe get an estimate/time frame up front if you're on a budget/in a hurry-- and make sure he hasn't neglected/forgot about anything when you pick the car up.
Swedish Motors does everything, including body work, but they're really pricey. I got parts from them when I was in a pinch years ago before the internet. The last we tried to use them, they gave my dad a really high estimate for a clutch in his 9000. Like $800 more than my mechanic ended up charging him.
Not sure. But I think LAS is defunct. The original owners may still be involved in County Line Auto north of Lititz. They worked on my car in the late nineties and did a good job. Both of the owners are/were longtime Saab mechanics.
If I lived in Gettysburg, I'd try Lincolnway first, despite the caveats. Good luck.
