Piece of cake repair. Just buy a new lower control arm and swap it in. Probably need an alignment too.
The lower control arms have been known to break occasionally, right in the end of the side piece where the weld is along the cross bar. Generally, it's a good idea to inspect that area when doing any routine maintenance, yearly inspection.
