Keep hitting it with PB blaster or similar.. I had a similar problem nut.. I kept hitting it with PB blaster for about a week and it finally let go, you just need time to let the chemicals work.. also use a good quality long handle wrench.. borrow or buy one if you do not own a set, they really do make a difference by giving you good leverage in a tight space. Otherwise carefully use a Dremel to cut and split the nut off the threads.
