We're a little bit colder than DC (like it's warmer this week, and the highs are <20F), but holy smokes you got a crapload done! My problem is once it goes much below freezing, my hands freeze up and it's just too unproductive. I tried an electric heater once, but just not enough oomph. Propane must be the way to go. A little insulation in the garage would help also!
I just defer to other projects for winter so they will be done when I can work again with the cars come spring.
