That's about it. A SPG is a 1985-1991 C900 turbo 3 door (with a 5 speed, never an automatic), with a particular color of paint (varies with year), aero body kit, special three spoke wheels and depending on year; APC upgrade, suspension upgrade and high speed rated tires. Consequently it's pretty easy to make a standard C900 turbo haul as much (or more) ass as any unmodified SPG. The SPG was just Saab's way of providing a limited edition, factory prepared, faster, special looking 900 turbo for the buyers that were into that.
