Thanks for that form Devin. Discussing case with NYC based lawyer next week. Will decide at that time what sequence of steps (court, Better Business Bureau, Attorney General, etc..) to take.
Classic Saab in Staten Island has modern internet deception down to a science. Tons of photos to inspire confidence, yet photos touched up to improve looks. Descriptions copy/pasted across listings to convey excellent mechanical functioning when the reality is disaster. He paints engine parts to improve looks in photos--makes it look like lots of new parts have been installed. Super high ebay ranking not related to reality of of those who actually dealt with him. Quick ploy that buyer's inspecting mechanics "mangle" the car. A perfect setup for internet commerce.
