Looks like nobody else is stepping up.
Check the rubber boots on the ducts from the turbo to the throttle body. If a clamp is loose or a boot is split, the car will have a tendency to have severe drivability issues like you describe.
What you describe sounds like what I experienced when the boot was getting ready to popoff the throttle body
If one of the boots between the AMM and turbo is split or its clamp is loose, the car will run lean. The boot that the turbo bypass valve is on tends to deteriorate from oil exposure. I had one that got soft and leaked like crazy.
I assume that you have recent NGK spark plugs, Bosch cap & rotor, Bougicord or Magnecore spark plug wires, etc. so those variables are eliminated.
Pull a spark plug and look at the porcelain. let us know if it's sooty black, white, or tan. Gap should be around 0.24"
If nothing else checks out: Do you have a buddy with a known good 011 or 013 AMM that you could do a temporary swap with? These are all plastic-bodied AMMs, The aluminum bodied AMMs for LH 2.2 are not compatible and can damage the ECU or AMM if it's plugged in.
