It is a lot easier if you have an '86+ car, because I think the screws holding in the pressure transducer are torx and you can buy ball-headed torx drivers that work from weird angles. I just did this on my '85, which uses a Philips screw and removal was much more difficult. I put it back in with torx screws. :) All in all took me about 20 minutes to get it out (no joke), and maybe three to put it back in.
