I'm not sure what would actually happen, since OBDII wasn't required until 1996. Obviously the B202 and B204 aren't the same engine, but I doubt the BAR would be savvy to the subtle differences. The intake and exhaust manifolds would obviously be wrong for a B204, but usually there is a fair amount of lenience on those items for engine swaps, since they are primarily packaging concerns. Honestly, I think it would work - I don't think the referee would get too hung up on the details, but you would have to pass c1994 emissions. I doubt that's a big deal, either. Trionic is doing most of that magic anyway.
