1) the car only had BB before i did the clutch, so i don't know if it would have slipped before with more boost.it is very possible the friction disc is near the end. I didn't measure it.
2) just went and looked at it. No fluid loss, with 20 miles of driving.
I cannot slide the release bearing back at all with a long screwdriver poking throughh the top from the inspection hole. I have never tried this on any car, so i don't know what to expect.
3) the fingers are not, however, under any tension at this point. I was able to easily depress a finger 1/6th" with the tip of the screwdriver.
At this point, unless someone tells me i should be able to move the release bearing back some with a screwdriver from the top, i think my friction plate is shot, and the slave is fine. I think the action of the pedal is probably the same, and this is all in my imagination! The car actually drives fine, except for slipping under boost.
So, thanks for reading!
