Use the red girling grease only on those brake cylinder parts......
I've engineered new clutches to make them like the Centerforce dual friction type. Getting ready to assemble one soon so I'll have some reporting to share in a week or so.
Be careful on taking off much material on the flywheel surface. The more you take off, the more it affects the pedal height actuation.
Could be weak springs in the pressure plate, but sounds like the friction surface is toast.
If you want to PM me for contacts with the PP and friction surface rehab place, let me know. Also, I've seen the small clutch used in the larger PP by mistake or the wrong one put in.
Moss Motors has the red girling grease in tubes.
