Julian,
you can't clear a DTC in the ABS ECU (at least, in the ATE ABS MkII system) by any other means rather then fixing the issue which triggers that DTC and running the car at speed greater than 20 mph and performing that DTC pull-out procedure ones again (completely, until it starts giving you 4444 saying all DTC have been shown). Or you can hack the ROM chip having it soldered off the ECU pcb and using some hack spells and EERPOM tool. But I don't thing the latter approach is a fair play here.
