It's definitely not a stutter. The engine does not cut out at all. It's definitely running on all 4 cylinders. I really don't know how to explain what it's doing because I've never seen a saab do this before. Just imagine being in 3rd gear say 3000 rpms you start to boost it gets to 10 or 12 pounds and somebody blocks the air coming into the intake. I can back the boost off and as soon as you get right back to around 10 pounds will do it again and you can keep repeating this you drop the car back down to five or six pounds and runs just fine, get up 10 12 pounds it starts doing that shuter again. It doesn't matter what gear you're in it will do the same thing. The one strange thing is when you take the car out first thing for the first 20 minutes or so it runs just fine you can boost it all the way to the end of the yellow. After about 25 or 30 minutes is when it starts doing it.
