Yes, it's a Bosch CI fuel system with Lambda / oxygen sensor.
60% is the duty cycle reading. 45-55% is ideal. Strangely, adjusting the mixture at the fuel distributor / air flow sensor doesn't affect the duty cycle reading at all. I believe the ECU is what is serving that number to the multi-meter. I suppose the ECU could be shot. I picked up another used ECU a while back and swapped it out, but got the same reading / operating conditions, so I assumed the computer is fine. Maybe both were bad...
