Make sure your cold start valve is not leaking while the engine is running.
Not that it matters but you probably have an 058 fuel distributor instead of an 085.
You might find your modulating valve and make a jumper lead to see if there are pulses to the injector. It might be that the injector is stuck closed and not returning fuel to the tank.
The schematic for checking fuel pressure on the CIS is to monitor it on the RETURN to the tank, so if your fuel is not returning to the tank, it would make it pig rich.
You can do a 60 second test to see how much fuel in milliliters you are pumping. You lift the air meter full up while the injectors are out and spraying into a graduated cylinder.
Once you know that value, it would tell you a lot about the fuel distributor function. Test the idle position for say 60 seconds just barely and I mean barely lift up the air meter and you should get only 6 ml on a 60 second run per injector.
Now that you have those values measured, then call Larry at CISflowtech daught com and find out from him if you need to have your warm up regulator or fuel distributor serviced. Larry is if not the best living on the planet, then the second best at fixing the fuel distributors and warm up regulators.
I'm not an expert in this really. So, asking me back specific questions might not get you any further. But, I have some spare ECU and other pieces parts, widgets and doodads that between RogerD and Bill Shultz have contributed to my crazy 8 valve project, they might come in handy.
