Inner driveshaft/tripod bearing questions

Hi folks. I recently bought a C900, an 89 900S, as a cheap project for hauling stuff, learning a new car (I'm a BMW guy primarily; I had a 99 9-5 way back that did not end well), and general entertainment (which may include rallyx at some point). It is not a car I intend as a daily driver.
When I bought the car I knew the tripod bearings, or at least one of them, was done. Test drive showed definite vibration over 45-50mph on acceleration. I planned to replace both sides, along with the inner and outer rubber. Got parts, did the left side yesterday, no issues (aside from my own stupidity slowing the process). In spite of the grease having turned to liquid, the cups on the inner driver on the left side were perfectly smooth.
Dug into the right side this morning. No grease or evidence thereof in the inner recess. One of the three (rusty) legs of the tripod bearings fell off in my hand. As I feared, the right side inner cups have wear - two aren't deep, but one is. The question is what can be done. I've read you can swap drivers side to side, but I've also read that you shouldn't pull both sides at once or the diff will drop, making reinstallation a royal pain. Unless I'm mistaken, this means that either way I need to find an inner driveshaft. Can anyone suggest a good source for used C900 parts? Or do I just fill it with new grease and send it? Thanks folks.
