I filled two classic 900 over the last 2 years. I believe including the pag oil they take 32 or 33 oz of fluid. You may just need to add more. You are clearly way better at this than I am I really couldn't tell you much more than that. When I did my rebuilds on my 900 and my 9000 I started out with everything new. Now the 900s over the last several years in 90 plus degree weather have never cooled very well at an idle or in city driving. It really doesn't help that both of mine are convertibles so the blacktop just magnifies the problem. But once you get on the highway both of them blow in the twenties and thirties with a laser temperature gauge. They've never froze up everything cycles on and off as it should I'm interested in those fans that you have though do you have a link. The fans on these cars are starting to get really old and obviously there's no way we can get the exact same ones. Best of luck
