We managed to get the special/custom nuts out by tapping with a screwdriver and hammer to loosen them I'll replace these with some standard nylon nuts when we re-assemble this. So the problem is now the car is still in reverse and the clutch can't be engaged, so we can't move it at all still. So, guess I need to get the clutch functional. Will be having a closer look at the two cylinders today...looks like I can source the master and slave cylinders in Australia..the hydraulic line looks to be a bit harder to source.
