Does this happen when the car is idling? I was thinking you might be able to put a clamp meter on some wires and check for current draw. The problem is that you need a single wire not a pair or harness. Are you sure about the good grounds? Grounds are a common source of electrical problems. It might also help to look at a wiring diagram to look for some other potential poor connections at the fuses, relay, headlight switch, ignition switch, or elsewhere in the circuit. I found in the past that studying the wiring diagram on those cars is important in troubleshooting problems and finding grounds. You don’t mention the year, but I often had problems like that with those old ceramic fuses in my 1979 900, but I believe that was the last year for those fuses so you probably don’t have that problem.
