Thanks again for everyones input. Here's more to the story.
After checking numerous electrical connections and sensors, cleaning them as I go, I was able to run to normal operating temperature and have no misfiring issues while driving for at least 30 minutes. I was convinced I had corrected the right connector or cleaned the bad contacts such that all was working now. Unfortunately the misfiring returned again and it even seem to misfire when starting cold.
I still haven't checked the oxygen sensor but plan to check that out, as well as the fuel injectors.
Has anyone had experience with cleaning out the AMM with some cleaner spray made especially for this? I saw a video doing this and wondered if it is worth trying.
I suppose it could be the EZK, but its seems like its functioning properly and only one of its inputs might be erratic, but at this point, its a guess. I know Bentley has some means of testing the EZK, I'll have to look at that if these other inputs check out.
