Unplugging the oxygen sensor in the 2.1l EZK c900 will put the ECU in a "safe mode" .... Meaning it will not adjust the mixture based on erroneous O2 readings but use a fuel map that's ok to use ..... I have a 1992 NA c900 which had the sensor "bung" missing when I got it..... I did "wrap" over the hole to close it and have driven the car about 2-3k miles without any performance issues (other than CEL on permanently.....) Getting abt 22-23mpg too...
Unplugging the O2 sensor should allow you to rule it "in" or "out" as the source of yr probs...
