ABS brake issues

Hi guys ,
I could really use some help with my 91 900S .Chris who has been a great friend getting me this far with my transmission suggested that I ask for help from someone who knows more about the braking system .
Short version is the brake fluid has dropped and the dash lights for low fluid and anti lock have come on and do not go off even tho i have replaced the fluid .The odd thing is I cannot tell where the fluid is disappearing. I have removed all the wheels and checked all the flexible lines .Side note the brake lights will not longer come on
