What is the extent of damage? Is the metal floor-pan area behind the driver's seat rotten? That would be one part of the repair effort.

Another is the brake line itself...is this the only point of failure in the line as it heads underneath the back-seat and transitions to back outside the car? Why did the line fail in this area? Rust? Impact? This is another part of the repair effort.

I don't remember them off the top of my head but if this were my scenario, I'd search these archives and gather a collection of past solutions by 900 owners in this forum. This scenario is somewhat common and sufficiently solved by past members in here.
