One possibility is a big leak through the clutch slave but that would create some drips beneath the engine towards the front of the car.

One question: is the fluid level dropping consistently within the brake-fluid reservoir? Part of that thing is dedicated for the clutch system...I'm forgetting the precise layout.

I can recommend a more aggressive search under your carpets...you may need to remove the front seats and start disassembling and lifting the carpeting...that fluid has gotta be going somewhere.
