I like the ones that have a cooling fan mounted sideways in the base but also don’t plug in via a dangly cord. They also don’t have a bulky rear heat sink that would interfere with the bulb holders. Link below to the ones I’ve been using in my pre-87 e-code housings. I did the saabnet thing to the link so it’ll give this site a kickback.
