Did you drive cross country from WA? I have the same e code headlights. They were hyped about twenty years ago. I have Sylvania Silver Star Ultra bulbs. They don't hold a candle to the modern headlights. I don't drive my car at night. In the future the plan is to revert back to the original 7x6 headlights with either l.e.d. or projector lamps.
Interested in hearing your results.
