Since I can't seem to drill out the 3 of the 4 top screws (2 for each fan) on the top of the radiator, I would think that I'll have no choice but to destroy the plastic tabs where the fans' screws attach to the radiator so that I won't be able to attach the original fans anymore. Being that there won't be any plastic left to attach the fans, what aftermarket fans can I use AND using new fans, will I need to change anything else such as relays, sensors, etc.?

I'll be using an 82C thermostat as well as an 82C fan switch for the radiator. In other words, would new aftermarket cooling and auxiliary fans merely be a swap-out with the originals and nothing else would be needed to be replaced?
