Alternately, you can use a voltmeter. First remove the fuses to circuits that are supposed to be energized when the car is off. These would include the clock and the radio and perhaps more. Then pull the battery cable loose from the battery. Either terminal will work. Put the voltmeter in between the battery and the cable. If you have a voltage (12) then there is a complete circuit or a high resistance short somewhere. Pull fuses until the voltage goes away. That is the suspect circuit.

PS: I had to draw a simple circuit diagram to prove to myself that this would work.
