Hi Stephen, I posted to your note further up on the list. Here it is again.
I've probably spent 4-5 hrs just doing the left rear. I still have the right one left. I was able to get the nut off, but the bolt was frozen in both the sway bar and shock. I could turn the bolt but both bushings would turn. This is what I ended up doing. Using a dremmel (buy the large cutting disks)I cut off the bolt head. Pryed off the sway bar. You may have to cut the bushing rubber. Use the dremmel again and cut close to the shock mounting. Using the threaded side and spacers (too large nuts)I was able to tighten the nut until the bolt shaft came out of the shock mount. I sprayed everthing with PB Blaster, but that didn't reach the internal part of the bushing. Don't feel bad some people have said that it took their mechanic 2-3hrs to remove these bolts. I will have to see how long it takes me to do the other side since I know what I am doing now. Bye
