How about a complete post on everything that has been done? was this; you did part of the work and a shop did some of the rest? If a new drier was instaled and a proper vacume was pulled (29 inches for at least 30 min) after a flush was performed, there should not be moisture inside the system.
High=high, low=low, expansion valve/evaporator blockage.
where exactly are you feeling the airflow under the hood? Is it around the re-circ door or between the evaporator and the blower moter?
