Yes I would.The problem area's mention are not deal killers.I have 2-92,and 1-93 9000's all with TCS and have been able it fix or repair myself.One of the 92's can without the balance shaft chain in it,i didn't notice any diference in it when i purchased it.Your buying a 12 year old car you will have to fix somethings along the way.Use your concerns to deal on the price.
