My 96 CSE is a little sensitive to *strong* cross-winds, but no more than many other cars I've driven. It IS partly a function of tires. It is much more stable with my summer tires (Toyo Proxes FZ4 in 205/55-16) than the winter tires (205/60-15). I don't think of it as drifting, but more as sensitive. Still, it's not bad. Also, if you are running a 55 series (or lower) tire, try adding more air. Start at 34 pounds.
How does your vary with speed? If you are running 85 or so you'll notice a lot more sensitivity to a strong wind than at 70 or 75.
My C900, by comparison, though, was definitely more resistant to cross-winds. The kinda flat sides and the angles on a 9K make it a little less wind-friendly.
