I drive a 1996 9k, and my wife a 1994 Volvo 940. Most of the time they are great cars. They can be quirky at times, but as far as safety is concerned I always thought they are among the best.
However, last night I came across this video on youtube:
<object width="425" height="355"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/k3ygYUYia9I&rel=1"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/k3ygYUYia9I&rel=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="355"></embed></object>
The volvo didn't do very well against a much smaller Renault. Does that mena our sense of safety in a Saab or Volvo (old ones anyways) were actually wrong?
