I choose to drive a Saab, this will not change due to $4gal gas, and I refuse to change my lifestyle because of the gas price. That being said, I am 28, make alot of money, and live well below my means.
MY wife gets a LEGIT 27-28 with rural non-highway driving in her 9-5, she used to get 30 in her 9000, but it is too hard to find 9000's in good shape anymore.
My c900 I get 24, but am heavy of foot.
Just picked up the new car, another 9-5(aero wagon) time will tell on its gas mileage.
I am ticked about some of the quirks of the 9-5, but the last set of cars we owned, 91 9kt and 92 900s, have had very few problems.
