Drive by Wire? Why redesign something as good as the cable to the throttle. Car manufacturer should just consider a universal bumper height instead of over designing whats already simple enoungh and works! TCS is just another very expensive thing to repair. My wifes 850T Volvo has a tract. button with winter mode. Makes the car feel like the torque converter is slipping. It does this to limit the wheel power when on slick icy roads.
