Eh, maybe, but not significantly more. You also have to adapt the ECU to get full boost out of it.
Also, there's a bit more to it than just full throttle, RPM range matters a lot. Peak boost is around 2000 to 2500 depending on what rpm you open the throttle wide, and by a bit over 3000 RPM partly thanks to the tiny little turbo, boost tapers back to around 10-11 psi anyway.
