I would wait on the DI Cassette. Plugs are good for about 15,000 miles, and you'll notice a difference if yours have been in there more miles than that. Torque the spark plugs to 21 ft. lbs., and the DI cassette bolts to 8.1 ft. lbs (97.2 inch lbs.).
Extend the life of the DI Cassette by smearing some dielectric grease on the inside of each boot's tip. This prevents the spark from finding a path to ground around the outside of the spark plug. It will also make removing the DI cassette easier the next time. If you turn the DI cassette upside down or on its side, then wait an hour or more after installing it to start the engine.
The trans fluid is something you can do yourself. Drive the right font tire onto a couple of boards to raise that corner. For safety's sake the transmission should be cold. Crawl under with an 8 mm allen wrench and a drain pan that will hold 5 quarts. You'll find a drain plug on the transmission that the 8 mm allen wrench fits. You'll be draining about 4.5 quarts each time if you give it plenty of time to drain. You don't want even a speck of dirt or lint to get inside the transmission. Clean the end of the plug with a clean microfiber cloth. Use the microfiber cloth for wiping the dipstick when you check the level. Somebody probably has posted the full procedure for changing the fluid and filter. Reply if you can't find one and want a write-up.
Do the little things. You'll get better handling and mileage if you maintain the tire inflation at 35 psi (assuming 205/55-16 tires). Put in a new air filter if you've driven 30,000 miles or more on the old air filter. Replace the fuel filter every 60,000 miles.
