I had the T7 conversion / Stage 1 tune done for my '98 CSE Automatic. Per the tuner, Stage 1 is basically the Aero with manual tranny tune - about 25hp more than the standard CSE autobox tune. I wasn't looking for a lot more power (have to protect the autobox) and I didn't need to change the T-25 for a TD04. That being said, the T7 has been working for several years without problem (after going through 3 T5 BPC's). No noticeable change in economy, but it does seem a bit more lively than before.
