Expensive lesson in jumping to conclusions. I did my ECU swap on my Aero and took the good BPC and moved it to my CSE. Took it for a test drive......crap....base boost only. I then did the standard, FREE test to see if your boost problem is mechanical or electrical.... I pulled the "W" hose off the BPC and took it for a careful test drive.....base boost only. On closer inspection, the wastegate rod was disconnected from the wastegate lever. The clip/pin was missing. Fairly common if your car sees a real winter. I used a small cotter pin and a washer and now the car is fine. A $250 lesson for not following basic, systematic troubleshooting. Shame on me, I know better.
