Yup, the same redbox you're thinking of applies to the LH2.2 based '86-90 cars and the '91-92 cars used the DI/APC systems along with an LH2.4 fueld system, kind of half way to trionic. They were very quick cars with the 2.3l, shorter gearing, plus aero like handling and 16" wheels, but you don't hear much about them anymore. A DI/APC chip upgrade was available, which I assume is what Sockerle has, along with a separate chip for the LH fuel system which was ideally installed at the same time. A few folks, like Jak Stoll in the US, could even custom the LH systems.
