finished my 3 inch exhaust and with it put in a rebuilt TD04, double checked all the connections and don't think I m getting any boost. Actually feels pretty close to when my CSE has a disconnected rod at the wastegate. really slow acceleration.

Any thoughts? wastegate looked a little rusty but rod pulled out ok with tension.
manual '95 cs with aero ecu. Pulled fine before swap.
