The number of teeth on the ABS "tone ring" is 46 by my count. So 46 pulses for one revolution. The actual speed of my car which has a speed signal derived from the ABS system at a speedometer shown 100 miles per hour is ~ 39 miles per hour (based on a GPS readout). Some accuracy is lost here because of the speedometer marking resolution.
