I apologize for the delay in seeing this thread...in researching the speed signal problem the number of pulses required to pull an accurate signal off the rotating axle was given at 19 pulses per revolution. I cannot confirm the accuracy of this number but will try to confirm this today using the speed off a GPS unit and comparing that to the speed on my speedometer which is currently running off the ABS speed signal.Fortunately, my car has worked OK in this configuration with the exception of over boost in lower gears (controlled by my right foot) and boost taper at "perceived" high speeds which I mostly resolved with a manual boost controller so I maintain stock boost at speed. It's a band aid fix until I can get around to installing a speed signal "ring" for the inner driver. Built but not installed.
